Why choose a custom personal training over a pre-made program program?

A customized fitness program will help you reach your health and fitness goals quicker than going on your own following a pre-made program. This includes one-on-one coaching with a weekly check-in via video chat or phone call, workouts made for you, nutritional and workouts tailored to your current fitness level.

Allison has 13+ years as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and 8 years as a Physcial Therapist Assistant. No matter where you are starting on your fitness journey, we will make your health and fitness goals attainable.

A 1 on 1 consultation on current fitness levels, food preferences, personal life, work schedule, past and current injuries will help us figure your long term and short term goals. The workouts loaded a week into your Trainerize account but can also be provided in PDF form.

You have options (1, 3, 6, and 12 months), but 3 month minimum is best to help overcome any hurdles on our road to success.

Trust the Process – Long Term Fitness Training

My goal is to help people, and one-on-one training can get expensive. Change can be scary and hard, but with my guidance, I will help you get where you need to go.

Some change may come quickly, or it can be a slow going at times. I want you to trust the process and work with me while we go through this amazing journey.

Together we will go farther than you can alone. I have helped patients and clients lose weight in order to prevent surgery, improve their quality of life, and undergo orthopedic surgeries that were not a possibility.

We will work on establishing healthy habits, only 2-3 at a time. We will set goals, knock them down, and celebrate a victory every day.

We can do this. When you believe in change more, you blame less, you keep a forward momentum, and you enter the unknown with a coach that has over a decade of experience in this. We will be less stubborn, less rigid, and gain enthusiasm for this process.

Together, we will return you to your health and fitness journey and beyond. I’m cheering for you already!

Customized Nutritional Programs

Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. I always say food is fuel, and adding this full nutrition package to your fitness program will allow you to properly fuel your workouts, see results faster and prevent burning out.

We start with a consultation so I can get to know you. I will want to know what food you like, what food you are allergic to, what you hate, and what you CANNOT live without.

I do not believe in restrictive diets, I believe in flexibility, balance, and enjoying food, not feeling guilty.

We will go over your total daily energy needs, your health and fitness goals and come up with a game plan to fit you.

We can choose different meals a day, swap them out, and even break it down into 3 meals and 2 snacks or 4 small meals a day – nutrition in personal to you and how you like to eat!

Your program will be loaded into your app and I am you will get additional support from me in case you need more help – this include grocery planning lists, goal setting, and other foods that you might like based on what you like to eat.

It is time to eliminate the guilt and shame associated with nutrition and start living your life without worrying about what is off limits.

Download and go and app based fitness programs range between supplemental programs to improve a specific area of your fitness program, guided progressive programs that are more independent that personal programs.

Memberships range from free to pay monthly or yearly. They provide you access to newsletter, health and fitness articles, discounts to my affiliates, and discount codes for services.

Not at all! Everyone deserves to reach their health and fitness goals. Repairing our relationship with health, wellness, and fitness can happen at any age. You are never too old to start your fitness journey, and you are never too young (but if you are under the age of 18, we will need to get permission from your parents/guardians).
