I am Allison and I’m tired of the bounce-back pressure, shortcuts, filtered photos, and blatant lies that force us to feel bad about our bodies. I am also tired of the health industry betting for us to lose, so I bet on YOU to succeed. I’m here to give you fitness programs, free workouts, transparency, educational content, tips, tricks, and motivation.
Fitness is for everyone, PERIOD. Our goals are attainable, fitness should be fun – not filtered and faked. I have been an athlete for most of my life, a health and fitness professional for 15 years, a strength and conditioning coach for 13 years, and a medical professional for 8 years. I am here to help us bridge the gaps in health, wellness, and fitness.
