Meet Allison

I am Allison and I’m tired of the bounce-back pressure, shortcuts, filtered photos, and blatant lies that force us to feel bad about our bodies. I am also tired of the health industry betting for us to lose, so I bet on YOU to succeed. I’m here to give you fitness programs, free workouts, transparency, educational content, tips, tricks, and motivation.

Fitness is for everyone, PERIOD. Our goals are attainable, fitness should be fun – not filtered and faked. I have been an athlete for most of my life, a health and fitness professional for 15 years, a strength and conditioning coach for 13 years, and a medical professional for 8 years. I am here to help us bridge the gaps in health, wellness, and fitness.

6 Weeks To A Stronger Me

6 Weeks To A Stronger Me is a full-body circuit training program that consists of 4 workouts a week: arm workout, leg workout, full body workout, and cardio + core workout. This is an intermediate level fitness program but is perfect for beginners.

Build Your Foundation

Build Your Foundation is a 6-week program focused on building our core muscles at home. This program is a perfect supplement to your current training, or is great if you are returning from injury and you are not ready for a full workout.

Have you tried running and ended up sidelined with injury? Did you love running in the past but do not know how to get back into it? Read to Run is a beginner and a refresher program for those who want to start a running program, return to running after time away, or returning after injury.
